The Agilent HLD PD03 dry leak detector uses a massspectrometer tuned to detect helium, which is used as a tracer gas to locateand/or measure very small leaks in enclosed devices or systems such as hydrogenprocess gas piping and eeds among many others. The compact, multi-use HLD PD03is both a precise instrument and a robust workhorse, ffeaturing an easy-to-usetouch screen interface and menu structure that quickly connect users topowerful capabilities. Built-in application setups shorten test cycles, andsetups can be saved to assure repeatability. It fits easily on a table, benchor cart. The primary vacuum pump is an oil-free scroll/diaphragm combinationpump (pumping speed: 3 m3/hr), which eliminates any risk of oil contaminationof test parts or systems.
