Shipping Costs
Making a profit off of shipping fees is not something that we intend to do. However, we will only make an effort to reimburse the actual costs of postage, insurance, and shipping and packing materials. Turnaround Time

Next Day Shipping

Will You Reduce an Items Value on the Commercial Invoice to Reduce Customs Fees?
No, unfortunately, we cannot reduce an items value on an invoice or shipping document. We understand paying customs fees is no fun (we have to pay them often as well), but lying about customs fees is against the law and the fines are severe.

Can You Ship on My Account/Local Pickup?
Yes, we are able to send using a customer’s FedEx, UPS, and DHL accounts. Local pickups are also accepted by appointment only, weekdays from 10 to 5 PM. Before sending payment, please let us know if you would want to pick up the item so we can make the necessary adjustments to the invoice. Please be aware that there can still be a little fee for customer account shipping in order to pay for the packing supplies.

Packaging
We utilize only the highest quality void fill and cushioning goods at our company because we take packaging very seriously. Our company is pleased to provide the InstaPak foam in place packaging system to our customers. The majority of things that are more expensive, heavy, or fragile are packaged using this particular type of packaging. We are able to palletize the majority of large items and prepare them for transportation via freight in-house. Crates that are made to order are available at an additional cost price. To ensure that your products reach in a secure manner, we believe that the additional expense of using the best shipping materials is well worth it.

Freight/Items near/over 150 lbs/ Very Large Items
Because of their size, many of our products cannot be dispatched using small package couriers; instead, they must be transported using truck freight transport. Before making an offer or purchasing a larger item, it is important to make sure you have inquired about the freight delivery expenses. We ask that you include the postal code of your destination, as well as specify whether or not it is a business address that includes or does not include a dock or forklift. By doing so, we will be able to provide a quote that is more accurate. Additionally, we are able to obtain very competitive rates with all of the common freight carriers. We have a fork lift. In order to book a freight shipment for you, we will require a phone number as well as specifics regarding your address. Buyers are always invited to make their own arrangements for the pickup of their own freight. A palletizing or crating cost can be required, depending on the size of the item being shipped. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy with no questions asked. Since we receive extremely few returns, there is no need for an RMA number. Simply notify us that you would want to return an item, then mail it back here. To give us a chance to resolve the problem, we only ask that you get in touch with us before initiating a return request. We will pay for return shipping if an item is delivered broken or flawed. We ask that you pay for return postage if you just ordered the incorrect part. We don’t charge restocking or return fees, and refunds are handled quickly.
